Just Like You

Before we know our own style, we dress like the people we admire. An older sibling’s jumper, the shoes you once tried on from your mother’s wardrobe, a hand-me-down you never stopped loving.


Just Like You is inspired by those early influences and how they shape the way we first express ourselves. 


"When clothes hold meaning, they are like an unwritten diary. When you discover something of family, it can take you back, in the same way music can transport you to a time and place in our past." – Ditte Reffstrup, Creative Director, GANNI. 


Photographed in Copenhagen by longtime GANNI collaborator Ana Kraš, the season’s editorial has the ease of a family album. It features sisters and friends of the house Klara Kristin and Fransiska Paula Bramsen with their mother.


The feeling of growing into and out of clothes runs through the collection, bringing the imperfect proportions of childhood into the ease of Copenhagen style. Layered together, the season’s look feel spontaneous and personal, bringing a youthful energy to familiar GANNI codes.
