WHO IS SOJO?
SOJO is the clothing alterations and repair platform for people and businesses, built on the belief that a sustainable fashion future is possible. We’ve now partnered with SOJO to offer bespoke tailoring and repairs on your GANNI items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Slow fashion, fast turnaround. SOJOs riders deliver your item back to your door within five days, just choose a time that works for you and their friendly riders will collect and drop your item at your door. If you would like to change the date or time of your collection or drop off please contact SOJO as soon as possible at support@sojo.uk and they will do their best to accommodate your request.
WHAT SERVICE DOES SOJO OFFER?
When using the online booking flow, customers will be shown all our tailoring and repair options. If tailoring your item, we also include instructions and videos for matching their items (e.g. providing a pair of trousers with the correct fit on your waist as a sample for our in-house tailors to match) or to pin items to the desired specification. When in doubt, SOJOs team of experts are standing by and will respond swiftly to all email enquiries at support@sojo.uk.
WHERE DOES SOJO OPERATE?
At this time, we are able to offer our services within Zones 1-3 in London. We understand that this may not be convenient for everyone so will be expanding GANNI: Fitted by SOJO nationwide to the UK very soon - sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on our expansion.
HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE MY ITEM?
When the SOJOs rider arrives to collect your clothes, all you need to do is hand them over! They will then carefully place them into your reusable SOJO package and label them with your order number. SOJO understands that your GANNI pieces are important to you, and treats them with the utmost care and respect.
