1. Log into our return portal with your order number and email address by clicking here.


2. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason for why you are returning them. Please be aware that a refund will only be processed for the items registered in the return portal.


3. Print your return label and pack your items. You can re-use the GANNI packaging the order was sent in for the return. Securely attach the return label to the outside of your package.


4. Drop your package off at your nearest drop-off point. Please remember to ask for a receipt with tracking no. when handing in your return. This is your insurance should your package go missing.


It may take up to 7 business days from the arrival at the warehouse before your return is processed and some additional business days for your refund to be visible on your account.


Please ensure that the items are in their original selling condition. Note that returns without intact tags or those received after 28 days from the received date of the package will not be accepted

RETURNING PRODUCTS


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase at GANNI.com you are welcome to return the item to us. It's easy and free for you to return to either the store or send your purchase back to the warehouse. You have a 28-day right of withdrawal and it runs from the day the order is received by either you or another person who is at the address.


Please note, if you have chosen delivery to a Parcel Shop, the cancellation period starts on the day the order is delivered to the parcel shop. If you have chosen delivery to the store, the cancellation period starts on the day you pick up the order in the store. Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange for another item online, so if you want to order a new style, you must return your purchased style and place a new order.

REFUND


We will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 

7 business days for your return to be processed from receipt and some additional business days for your refund to be visible on your account. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and in the same currency. Please note the exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.

EXCHANGE IN STORE


We can currently not exchange items in the online shop, however, in the US, you have the opportunity to exchange items purchased at www.GANNI.com in one of our US stores.
