HOW TO RETURN

Pack the item(s)

Place the pre-paid label on the parcel on top of the original address label

Drop off the parcel at a drop-off location

Refund

1. Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return. All items must be in their original selling condition when received back at the warehouse.


2. Place the pre-paid UPS or FedEx label (Based on the shipping method chosen) on the parcel on top of the original address label.


3. Drop off the parcel at any UPS or FedEx (Please return based on the shipping method chosen) drop-off location of your convenience.


4. It may take up to 14 business days from the arrival at the warehouse before your refund is issued.


Please ensure that the items are in their original selling condition. Note that returns without intact tags or those received after 28 days from the received date of the package will not be accepted.

RETURNING PRODUCTS


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase at GANNI.com you are welcome to return the item to us. It's easy and free for you to return to either the store or send your purchase back to the warehouse. You have a 28-day right of withdrawal and it runs from the day the order is received by either you or another person who is at the address.


Please note, if you have chosen delivery to a Parcel Shop, the cancellation period starts on the day the order is delivered to the parcel shop. If you have chosen delivery to the store, the cancellation period starts on the day you pick up the order in the store. Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange for another item online, so if you want to order a new style, you must return your purchased style and place a new order.

REFUND


We will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 14 business days from receipt. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and in the same currency. Please note the exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.

EXCHANGE IN STORE


We can currently not exchange items in the online shop, however, in the US, you have the opportunity to exchange items purchased at www.GANNI.com in one of our US stores.
