Named after the football jersey Creative Director Ditte Reffstrup wore throughout her childhood and teenage years, the 08 Sneaker is rooted in the spirit of play. It channels the electric energy of the pitch, the nostalgia of the ’90s and the empowerment of female sports teams.
Reimagining a classic athletic form through a distinctly GANNI lens, the design balances nostalgia with innovation. Butterfly-cut overlays, dual laces and frill-edged collars nod to our house’s design codes of contrast and redefined femininity.

Handcrafted in Portugal
Handcrafted in Felgueiras, Portugal - an are renowned for shoemaking - each pair is produced in a family-run factory in 1989. Home to over 100 skilled artisans and technicians, the facility blends generations of expertise with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure precision at every step.
From modelling and cutting to sewing, glueing and quality control, the 08 Sneaker moves through multiple stages of production. Its most intricate feature, hand-finished stitching along the panels and sole, honours a legacy of craft upheld by generational makers.
