How to return

  1. Log in to our return portal with your order number and email address by clicking here.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason for why you are returning. 
  3. Pay for the return label (a return contribution of €10 applies), print it and pack your items. You can re-use the GANNI packaging that the order was sent in for the return. Securely attach the return label to the outside of your package.
  4. Drop your package off at your nearest drop-off point.


You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. Please ensure that the items are in their original selling condition. Note that returns without intact tags or those registered after 14 days from the date you received the package will not be accepted.


Please remember to ask for a receipt with tracking number when handing in your return. This is your insurance should your package go missing.


We kindly ask that you allow up to 20 business days for your return to be received and your refund to be issued.

Returning products


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase at GANNI.com you are welcome to return the item(s) to us by shipping it back to our warehouse. Only unused items with tags and original packaging (if applicable) can be returned. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us, and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient and easy.


You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point. 


You can generate a return label through our return portal. A return contribution of €10 applies to online returns.


If you choose to return further items from your order after a return has already been processed and shipped, you must register a new return via our Return portal and purchase a separate return label for the additional shipment. Please do not include unregistered items in existing return packages, as our system requires a unique tracking number and registration for each shipment to ensure your refund is processed correctly.


We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier.

Refund


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to confirm they meet our return conditions. If approved, the refund will be issued directly to the same credit card or other payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.


Please note that all original shipping fees are non-refundable. When we process your return, we will only refund the cost of the products together with the applicable taxes that we charged you at a checkout.


You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been authorized. Depending on your payment provider, the funds should appear in your account within 30 days from the date of the refund by the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction.

As we do not offer exchanges on our webshop, you must place a new order via www.ganni.com if you want a different style.
