HOW TO RETURN
1.Log into our return portal with your order number and email address by clicking here.
2. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason for why you are returning them. Please be aware that a refund will only be processed for the items registered in the return portal.
3. Pack your items. You can re-use the GANNI packaging the order was sent in for the return.
4. Please show the QR code, which has been sent to your email, when you hand in the return to the drop-off point.
The return transit time is 4-7 business days.
Please note that your parcel will be delivered to a local return hub at our logistics partner Bleckmann. Therefore, please allow an additional 10-12 days for your return to be processed and for your refund to be visible on your bank account after your tracking shows it as delivered.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.ganni.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge. You have 28 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point.
Please note that you will always have a legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days after picking up your order from the ParcelShop, for any reason and without a justification. See more under ‘Right of Withdrawal (Only Applicable To Consumers)’ in our Terms and Conditions.
GANNI will bear the costs in connection with the return of the goods, if all goods are returned together and only by using the prepaid return label, which you have the option of printing in our return portal. You can expect to receive a full refund within 14 days, by the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction. As we, unfortunately, do not offer exchanges on our webshop, you must place a new order via www.ganni.com if you want a different style. Follow the ‘HOW TO RETURN’ section to send your order back to our webshop.
REFUND
When your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
IN-STORE RETURN
We currently cannot exchange items in the online shop, however, in the UK, you have the opportunity to exchange items purchased at www.GANNI.com in one of our UK stores.
If you wish to return your items in one of our UK GANNI stores, please bring your receipt/order confirmation. See addresses and opening hours for the stores at www.ganni.com under ‘Find Store’.
