How to return

1. Log in to our return portal with your order number and email address by clicking here.


2. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason for why you are returning them. Please be aware that a refund will only be processed for the items registered in the return portal.


3. Pack your items. You can re-use the GANNI packaging that the order was sent in for the return, but remember to remove the original shipping label.


4. Please show the QR code, which has been sent to your email, when you hand in the return at the drop-off point. 

Please remember to ask for a receipt with tracking no when handing in your return. This is your insurance should your package go missing.


Your return parcel will first be delivered to a local hub, where your tracking status will show as “delivered.” Please note that no further tracking updates will appear after this point. The parcel will then continue on to our warehouse in the Netherlands for final processing. We kindly ask that you allow up to 20 business days for your return to be received and your refund to be issued.


Please ensure that the items are in their original selling condition. Note that returns without intact tags or those received after 14 days from the received date of the package will not be accepted.

Returning Products


If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.ganni.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge. You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point.


Please note that you will always have a legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days after picking up your order from the ParcelShop, for any reason and without a justification. See more under ‘Right of Withdrawal (Only Applicable To Consumers)’ in our Terms and Conditions.


GANNI will bear the costs in connection with the return of the goods, if all goods are returned together and only by using the prepaid return label, which you have the option of printing in our return portal. You can expect to receive a full refund within 14 days, by the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction. As we, unfortunately, do not offer exchanges on our webshop, you must place a new order via www.ganni.com if you want a different style. Follow the ‘HOW TO RETURN’ section to send your order back to our webshop.


*Please note that it is not possible to return your online Postmodern purchase in any of our physical stores.

Refund


We will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 14 business days from receipt. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and in the same currency. Please note the exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.

In-store Return


We don't currently offer exchanges on our online shop. However, if you're in Norway, you can exchange items purchased at www.GANNI.com in any of our Norwegian GANNI stores.
