GANNI has partnered with Global-e to provide international e-commerce services. You will be redirected to their website.

The conditions for the sales made between any individual (acting for purposes which are wholly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, referred to as “you”) wishing to make a purchase from the website www.GANNI.com (the “Website”) in certain locations and Global-e NL B.V., a Dutch company registered under number 72541466, having its registered office at Krijn Taconiskade 430 1087 HW Amsterdam, The Netherlands, (referred to as ''Global-e'') operating as a seller, are set up in the “Global-e Terms of Sales” which are available here.

When you complete a purchase on the version of the Website where Global-e operates as the seller, you agree to be bound by Global-e Terms of Sales available here as well as Global-e’s Privacy Policy available here. Completing an order on the Website means that you have concluded an agreement with Global-e for the delivery of your purchase (hereinafter referred to as the ''Agreement''). If you do not agree with the Global-e Terms of Sales, you will not be able to buy goods from the Website.


BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCT(S) YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPT GLOBAL-E TERMS OF SALES.


Global-e Terms of Sales may be updated from time to time (e.g. to reflect changes in technology, business model, our system capacity, or changes to relevant legislation and regulations), so, therefore, each time you are making a purchase from the Website, you will be asked to accept the Global-e Terms of Sales. You will not be given notification of any such changes. The Global-e Terms of Sales that were applicable and that you accepted when you made your purchase will be the terms that apply to your order.

Placing an Order

Global-e has the agreement with GANNI to make GANNI’s Products available to you for purchase from, and delivered by, Global-e. This allows you to buy such products from Global-e in your local currency and at a price that may include any applicable sales taxes (such as VAT) depending on the delivery destination country (“Price”), international delivery costs and fees (“Delivery Costs”) and, if available for pre-payment, any import duties, tariffs or other similar fees that may be imposed by the delivery destination country (“Import Charges”). Price, Delivery Costs and Import Charges will be identified and displayed at the checkout of the Website which is operated by Global-e and it will differ, depending on the delivery destination country.


By placing an order via the Checkout (''Order''), you acknowledge that the seller is Global-e and not GANNI, and that upon successful verification by Global-e of your Order and payment information, Global-e will buy the Products from GANNI and resell it to you in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.


Browsing for Products is done on the Website. You place the Order for selected Products by using the Checkout ordering process. Please note that Orders can only be placed by non-trading individuals, so Global-e will not accept Orders placed by companies, associations, independent contractors or any other kind of legal entity.


GANNI Account

When you make a purchase on the Website, you can choose to create an account or simply complete a single purchase, without creating an account. The personal information that you submit to GANNI in connection with the creation of your account is collected, stored and processed in accordance with GANNI Privacy Policy. If you decide to complete a purchase, your information is submitted to Global-e and it is collected, stored and processed in accordance with Global-e Privacy Policy. If you no longer wish to have an account with us, please contact our Customer Service Department in writing, at any time.


Language of the Contract

The language of the contract is English.


Measures Against Fraud

In order to protect you and our other customers against fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we may carry out verification checks. The verification check may comprise the data that you send when ordering, including your address and payment information.


If fraud checks came out positive, Global-e may cancel and decline the order, or keep the order as “pending” until further examination is completed and the fraud risk cleared or confirmed.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days after delivery. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which 1) you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods or 2) it was delivered to a carrier pick-up point selected by you at the time of ordering.


In case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately (i.e. separate

deliveries), the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which 1) you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good or 2) the last good was delivered to a carrier pick-up point selected by you at the time of ordering.


To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Global-e, that you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) and follow Global-e instructions regarding the return process. The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The Return Fee will be communicated to you in the returns page.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, Global-e shall reimburse you all payments received from you minus the Return Fee, without undue delay. It can take up to 21 business days for the funds to be credited back. This time includes shipping time, processing and inspection for refund approval as well as authorization to the finance department. Once the refund is authorised, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.


We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post

office/carrier. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Global-e will inform you about the available payment methods.


All payments shall be made upon completion of the purchase by you, and prior to acceptance and confirmation by Global-e. If your chosen payment method is rejected, your order will not be shipped and Global-e will have no obligation to fulfill your order.


Please note that some international credit card providers, including VISA, will reserve the amount on your account when you complete your purchase. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your credit card provider.


The payment will be deducted from your account when your order has been shipped from the warehouse.

Your payment will be charged to the means of payment you have selected when your goods leave our warehouse for delivery.


At the Checkout page of the Website you will see a total price that will include any applicable taxes, Delivery Costs and Import Charges.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. We only deliver to residential addresses, hence, not to business addresses or PO boxes, foreign military addresses, hotels and hostels or prisons. Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday unless anything else is specified in checkout. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used. The goods must be signed upon receipt. It does not necessarily need to be signed by you. People at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, friend or receptionist) may sign for the receipt with a binding effect on you.


Global-e will pass the ownership of the Products ordered to you the moment it dispatches the Products to you (provided you have made full payment for the Products). Risk of damage or loss to the Products passes to you on delivery to you or to somebody identified by you during the Checkout to carry or take possession of the Products on your behalf.


You will be considered the importer of record of the Product(s), and we will only be facilitating the importation on your behalf as your agent. You therefore need to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, certifications and rules of the country into which you import the Product(s). You agree that you will not re-export or re-sell any Product(s) which you have ordered.


You acknowledge and agree that Global-e, or anyone of our third-party fulfilment services providers acting on our behalf (each a ''Fulfilment Provider'') may handle the delivery and fulfilment of your Order. Estimation of delivery time as well as the delivery option you chose will be given in the Order Confirmation.


Delivery will be complete when we deliver to the address which you specified when ordering (that may

include the port of entrance to the destination country as specified in the Order, in case Import Charges have not been pre-paid). Different parts of your Order may be delivered on different dates. Unless otherwise stated, and subject to applicable laws, delivery dates given on the Website and/or as part of the ordering process are estimates only.


Neither GANNI nor Global-e have liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery to the extent that this is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control and where neither could have taken reasonable steps to deal with the delay. For example, delays resulting from customs clearance procedures or other actions of relevant authorities are generally outside our control, or delays resulting directly from your actions or omissions.


If you receive information about an unsuccessful delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery company and arrange for re-delivery. If you have chosen a delivery method that does not require signature (if available) and no one can pick up the Products, we reserve the right to leave them at the doorstep, in the corridor or reception at your own risk. In the event of an unjustified postponement of delivery or delays in receiving the package after we have notified you of an attempt to deliver the ordered Product, or if you provide an incorrect delivery address resulting in an unsuccessful delivery, the shipment will be returned to us.

If your item has a defect, or we have delivered the wrong goods, please contact Global-e Customer Support within a reasonable time and no later than two months from the time you discovered the defect or that the goods are incorrect. If you can already ascertain the defect, etc., at the time the carrier wishes to make the delivery, you should refuse to receive the item. If you have received an item that has a significant defect or is incorrect, you can return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs once Global-e has processed the returned item.


When contacting Customer Service you will be asked to provide the order number, possibly the goods/item number, and to describe what is wrong with the goods, etc. You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods. We will refund the purchase price and of course, the delivery costs once we have received the goods.


Global-e Customer Support will collaborate with GANNI regarding all product-related questions. Please note that GANNI reserves the right to reject complaints on products, which have not been handled correctly and according to instructions. Especially styles with sewn-on parts such as sequins, beads, studs and buttons should be treated with care, which also includes knit- and silk items. This information is displayed on the hangtag of the garment at the time of purchase and on the care label. If you have any questions in this regard, please do not hesitate to contact Global-e or GANNI Customer Support.

All contents included on www.ganni.com, such as but not limited to, design, text, graphics, logos, video and audio clips, images, button icons and the compilation thereof, software compilations, source coding and software, are the property of GANNI A/S or GANNI A/S’ suppliers. The contents are protected by Danish and international copyright laws. GANNI A/S or GANNI A/S’ content suppliers own the copyright to the above mentioned.


The contents of the website may only be copied for your own private use. Any other use of the information and material on the website, such as reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance is strictly prohibited. You may therefore not - besides your own private use - copy, display, download, distribute, alter, modify, reproduce, republish or rephrase information, text, documents or other material from the website without the explicit consent from GANNI A/S or GANNI A/S’ suppliers.


Brand names, product names, logos and titles that appear on the website are trademarks or trade names and are property of GANNI A/S or GANNI A/S’ suppliers. Any reproduction of such trademarks or trade names constitutes an infringement of the owner’s rights and is strictly prohibited unless it is for your own private use.

Updating the Website

GANNI and Global-e do their best to update the Website and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods are correct. Typographical errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods may occur, and sometimes we discover that the prices of goods are incorrect.


Force Majeure

GANNI and Global-e are not responsible for delays or failure to meet obligations in relation to these Terms & Conditions and Global-e Terms of Sales if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control.

Global-e and GANNI have partnered to offer Products in your country or region and both act as data controllers in processing your personal data. Right to Complain

In case you wish to complain about goods purchased via Website, please contact Global-e Customer Service.


Depending on your location and delivery destination, you may have different options of out-of-court proceedings concerning complaints about your purchase. You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased on the Website to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via their website.


You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in the EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the online form available here.


Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

The Global-e Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New-York.

At GANNI, we take pride in being a design-driven brand that delivers creativity and designer products. We do our very best to handle that responsibility with caution. Creating trends is part of our business model and our design team goes to great lengths to create products that have an original expression and strong GANNI DNA. We also strive to celebrate and nurture young design talents by engaging in collaborations and value the cross-pollination that comes from the process.


Our intellectual property is the most important foundation of our company, and so we understand the needs of other companies to protect theirs too. We feel fortunate to be able to say that there have been very few cases against us over the years where third parties have claimed infringement of intellectual property rights. We produce several hundred designs annually - all of which are created with inspiration from the society around us, absorbing impulses that our fellow designers in the industry are also exposed to too. That’s one of the many beauties of fashion; it’s a reflection of the times we live in. Inevitably that’s part of how trends are made.


We are not trying to make any excuses here, only add a bit of context and transparency to how we work.
