Returns

GANNI has partnered with Global-e to provide international e-commerce services.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop. You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it.

For returned items, it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.

If you wish to make a return, please log in to the return portal using your order number and email address. In the portal, you can choose which carrier you would like to use for the return, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
