Orders must be placed by 1 pm CET on the respective day.

Delivery Information
In the overview below you will find information about transit times and prices for the different delivery methods in Germany. Please view GANNI's Terms & Conditions, which apply to all shipments.
Orders placed before 3 pm CET will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed later will be shipped the following day. This applies on weekdays, which are Monday to Friday excluding Danish public holidays. Delivery times are approximate times and should be seen as a guide.
Express shipments placed before 1 pm CET will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
We kindly ask that you choose standard shipping where possible to reduce our environmental impact.

Pick Up in Store
If a product is available in one of our GANNI stores you will have the opportunity of 'pick up in store'.
Once your order has been packed and is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email. Typically, you can expect to receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note that during busy periods and holidays, delays can occur.
Be aware that an order purchased with 'pick up in store' will be canceled if not picked up within 48 hours. Unfortunately, extended pick-up time is not a possibility.
