If you placed your order on or after November 11, please use the Returns Portal below.
GANNI has partnered with Global-e to provide international e-commerce services.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop. You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it.
For returned items, it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.

How to return
1. Log in to our return portal with your order number and email address by clicking here.
2. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason for why you are returning.
3. Print your return label and pack your items. You can re-use the GANNI packaging that the order was sent in for the return. Securely attach the return label to the outside of your package
4. Drop your package off at your nearest drop-off point.
Please remember to ask for a receipt with tracking no when handing in your return. This is your insurance should your package go missing.
We kindly ask that you allow up to 20 business days for your return to be received and your refund to be issued.
Please ensure that the items are in their original selling condition. Note that returns without intact tags or those received after 14 days from the received date of the package will not be accepted.
