At GANNI, we’re on a journey to become the most responsible version of ourselves. We choose to use the word ‘responsible’ instead of sustainable because we understand the contradiction between sustainability and fashion. Instead we say responsible because we believe it is our responsibility to do better every day. Reporting on our efforts every year is something we've done since 2016. We’re excited to share some of the progress we've made across our 44 Gameplan Goals. Achieving these goals by 2023 does not feel like such a distant reality anymore and we’re feeling hopeful and optimistic for the future. GANNI’s design mission is to make the people who wear us feel their most confident. Our goal is to switch to 100% certified recycled, organic and trademarked fabrics that have a proven lower environmental impact across all our collections by 2023 You can feel even more confident that we are making better choices every day. WE NEED TO MAKE MORE RESPONSIBLE CHOICES, SO IT’S EASIER FOR YOU TO MAKE THEM TOO For our Pre Fall 21 collection, 71% of the collection is made using certified recycled and organic materials From organic and recycled cotton t-shirts, our cult recycled rubber boots, recycled swimwear, recycled wool and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ – a viscose alternative – our team are always working on weird and wonderful innovations to keep pushing the needle forward. Right now, our top priority is to make sure we reach 100% traceability throughout our supply chain and share more information with you every step of the way. We're proud to share a map of all our Stage 1 contractual manufacturers in our report. Last year we introduced GANNI Software, our range of loungewear and t-shirts designed for maximum chill, minimal impact. Each Software piece is created using recycled polyester and organic cotton and recycled yarn by Ecolife.
