Returning products

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.ganni.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to us. We want you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge.

You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point. If you use our ship-to-store service in Denmark, the withdrawal period starts the day you collect the order.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be exchanged online. If you want to order a new style, please return your purchased style and place a new order.

How to return

Returning from Germany

1. Fill out the return form and enclose it with the products you wish to return. You can re-use the Ganni bag they were sent in for the return.
2. Take the prepaid DHL return label that was enclosed with your order and attach it on your return parcel.
3. Hand in the parcel at a DHL service point of your choice. It will be accepted free of charge.
4. Please remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking no. when handing in your return. This is your insurance should your package go missing.
Return transit time: 4-8 business days

Returning from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain or United Kingdom

1. Fill out the return form and enclose it with the products you wish to return. You can re-use the Ganni bag they were sent in for the return.
2. Contact Customer Service to request a prepaid return label. Call us on +45 33 32 44 57 or send a message. Please provide us with your name, address, email and order number.
3. You will receive your return label by email. Please fix it on your return parcel and drop it off at your local post office. The parcel will be accepted free of charge.
4. Please remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking no. when handing in you return. This is your insurance should your package go missing.
Return transit time: 7-10 business days

Returning from Croatia

1. Fill out the return form and enclose it with the products you wish to return. You can re-use the Ganni bag they were send in for the return.
2. Contact Customer Service to arrange a pick up of the return bag. Call us on +45 33 32 44 57 or send a message. Please provide us with your name, pick up address, email, phone number and order number.
3. GLS Pick & Return will pick up the package free of charge at the address you provided. You can either choose home address or work address. GLS will pick up your return package during the day in between 8 am - 4 pm.
Return transit time: 1-3 business days

Returning from Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland

1. Fill out the return form and enclose it with the products you wish to return. You can re-use the Ganni bag they were sent in for the return.
2. Take the prepaid return label that is enclosed with your order and attach it on your return parcel.
3. Hand in the parcel to the carrier that delivered the parcel to you - either the postal service or a collection point. It will be accepted free of charge.
  Note, if you use our ship-to-store service in Denmark, the parcel should be returned via a GLS collection point.
4. Please remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking no. when handing in you return. This is your insurance should your package go missing.
Return transit time: Denmark 1-2 days, Sweden and Norway 3-6 days, Finland 4-7 days

Please note, that we do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than Ganni's return service. However, should you wish to arrange an alternate way of returning, please fill out and enclose the return form in the shipment and send it to:

Refund

When your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Exchange in store (only in Denmark)

Currently, orders cannot be exchanged online. Please use our free return service and place a new order on ganni.com.
However, in Denmark you have the possibility of exchanging items bought on www.ganni.com in one of our physical stores. You may exchange to a different item or to a gift certificate, but we are unable to make any refunds. Kindly notice, that sale items or other items bought with a discount in Ganni's online shop, can not be returned in a Ganni store.

If you would like to do an exchange in a Ganni store, please print and bring the receipt you received via email when you placed your order. If the item is a gift, you will have to ask the person who gave it to you for the receipt.
