Delivery information and shipping prices
In below table you will find information on delivery countries, lead times and prices. We currently ship to 13 European countries with the exception of certain areas and outermost regions of EU. Please view Ganni's Terms & Conditions, which apply to all shipments.
Orders submitted before 10am are usually shipped on the same day. Orders placed later are dispatched on the following day. This applies only to business days, which are Monday to Friday excluding Danish public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide.

All prices specified above include taxes and duties. Free shipping thresholds are applied upon checkout.
We provide a number of shipping methods, depending on the shipping country selected. If delivery is made to either a work or home address, the carrier will need a signature from you or another person, who is eligible to receive the parcel.
In Germany your order will be delivered by DHL to either a home or work address. If the parcel is shipped to a work address and delivery can not be completed, DHL will leave contact details for you to call and arrange a new delivery time. If the parcel is shipped to a home address and no one is available to receive it, DHL will leave a note informing you of the service point, where the parcel may be redeemed.
Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and United Kingdom
In these countries your order will be delivered by GLS to either a home or work address. If the delivery can not be completed, GLS will leave contact details for you to call and arrange a new delivery time.
In Denmark, you have three options.
1/ You can choose home or work delivery by PostNord. If you go for this method and delivery can not be completed, the parcel may be redeemed at the nearest postal office. PostNord will leave a note with information.
2/ You can also select GLS Denmark to deliver your order to a ParcelShop near you. In this case you will receive a SMS when it arrives.
3/ Finally you can choose to have your order shipped to one of the stores listed below. The store will contact you via email when your order has arrived. Please bring identification and the order receipt, which you received via email, when you collect. You have 14 days to collect your order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. You may select delivery to one of the following stores:

Your order will be delivered by PostNord to either a work address or a service point. If the order is shipped to a work address and delivery can not be completed, PostNord will leave a note informing you of the service point, where the parcel may be redeemed. If you choose to have the order delivered to a service point, you will receive a SMS, when the package has arrived.
Norway and Finland
Your order will be delivered by Bring to either a work address or a service point. If the order is shipped to a work address and delivery can not be completed, Bring will leave a note informing you of the service point, where the parcel may be redeemed. If you choose to have the order delivered to a service point, you will receive a SMS, when the package has arrived.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email serves as your receipt and it also provides you with a tracking link, which enables you to follow your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received it before the link is active. You can also check the status of your order on our website. If you have an account, just log in and see tracking information in the "Order" section. If you do not have an account, you can use the Check Order functionality. You are also welcome to contact us, if you need help localizing your order.
